OUR STANDARD

Screening without
false certainty.

These tools can estimate symptom severity or indicate whether a professional assessment may be worthwhile. They cannot examine you, verify your history, order blood tests or exclude other explanations.

Do not start, stop or change medication—including testosterone—because of an online result. Take the score and your real-life examples to an appropriately qualified professional.

WHAT EACH TEST MEASURES

Free online screening tests.
Established methods, clearly explained.

Each health questionnaire uses the scoring approach associated with its named screening instrument. Results describe symptom patterns or severity and explain when a professional assessment may be worthwhile.

01

Free adult ADHD test

The six-question WHO ASRS-v1.1 screener considers organisation, attention, delayed task initiation, memory and restlessness over the previous six months. Four or more responses meeting the instrument's thresholds produce a positive screen for further assessment—not an ADHD diagnosis.

02

Free anxiety test

The seven-question GAD-7 measures how often common anxiety symptoms occurred during the last two weeks. The result is grouped into minimal, mild, moderate or severe symptom bands, with a score of 10 or above normally prompting consideration of further evaluation.

03

Free depression test

The nine-question PHQ-9 measures depressive symptom frequency over the last two weeks and reports established severity bands. Any response involving thoughts of death or self-harm displays urgent support information regardless of the total score.

04

Low testosterone symptom test

The ADAM symptom pattern can identify a reason to discuss hormone testing, especially for men aged 40 and over. It cannot measure testosterone: diagnosis requires compatible symptoms, clinical assessment and consistently low results from repeat early-morning blood tests.

05

Free IQ-style test

The original 24-question IQ-style test covers numerical, verbal, logical and spatial reasoning. It gives an online estimate and domain breakdown, not a professionally standardised or clinically definitive IQ score.

06

Vitamin & supplement needs checker

This original ten-question checker reviews dietary variety, sunlight, B12 sources, possible blood loss, absorption, training demands and supplement overlap. It routes safer next steps but cannot diagnose a deficiency or replace appropriate blood tests.

METHODS & TRANSPARENCY

How accurate are
online screening tests?

Validated questionnaires can consistently measure a defined symptom pattern, but no online form can conduct a clinical interview, review childhood and medical history, examine physical causes or order laboratory tests. That is why results use terms such as positive screen and symptom severity rather than claiming a diagnosis.

The ADHD, anxiety and depression tools follow published questionnaire rules. The low testosterone screen is paired with blood-test guidance. The vitamin-needs checker is an original decision aid: it is not a diagnostic instrument and routes concerning answers toward clinical assessment rather than a product.

FREE TESTS FAQ

Questions about
your results.

Can these online tests diagnose ADHD, anxiety, depression or low testosterone?

No. They are screening and symptom-severity tools. A positive result means a fuller assessment may be worthwhile; it does not establish a medical or psychiatric diagnosis.

Can the vitamin checker diagnose a deficiency?

No. It reviews diet and risk factors only. Symptoms overlap with many conditions, and a real deficiency may require clinical assessment and targeted blood tests.

Which recognised questionnaires are used?

The health library uses the six-question WHO ASRS-v1.1 adult ADHD screener, the GAD-7 anxiety scale, the PHQ-9 depression scale and the ADAM low-testosterone symptom pattern. The IQ-style assessment is an original, unnormed reasoning test.

Are my answers or results stored?

No. Answers are held only in the current browser while the test is open. No account, name, email address or password is required to receive a result.

What should I do after a positive screening result?

Save the score and write down real examples of how symptoms affect daily life, then discuss them with a GP or appropriately qualified professional. Seek urgent help immediately if you cannot keep yourself safe.

Can the low testosterone test tell me whether I need treatment?

No. Symptoms overlap with many other conditions. Diagnosis normally requires compatible symptoms plus at least two separate early-morning, fasting testosterone results that are consistently low, interpreted by a qualified clinician.
